Only to a limited extent. Odoo Online doesn't allow custom modules. With Odoo.sh or on your own server, the Crew works on the full code.

Yes. The Crew uses Odoo's pricelists and adds custom logic as a module where needed, such as prices per customer group or minimum quantities.
What happens to orders while the Crew is working?
Nothing. The Crew works on a copy of your database. Your live shop keeps taking orders until you approve a change.
